Paris in 1 day and Proposal
The
following is a journey-visit-type.Take it as an example!
Visits will take place from Monday to Sunday at a fixed rate.
Most of the journey is made on foot unless the distance between two
visits is too long. We will get on a bus then.
Once the booking is made, you will receive a survey from us in order to
know your likes and special demands. We will make our best to set the
perfect journey that will stand out in your lives...
Time:
about 8 hours approximately.
- Departure at 10 am.
- We
will head for the Butte Montmartre
and the Sacré-Coeur,
one
of the most significant symbols of this capital. Being 129 meters above
sea level, we will admire the marvelous panorama of Paris. From up the
hill, your guide will introduce you to the discovery of Paris and its
monuments thanks to the point of reference board of Montmartre.
- Your guide will invite you,
if you
wish, to come inside the Basilica of
Sacré-Coeur. Its
construction started back in 1875 and lasted 44 years. Inside you will
admire the magnificent mosaic above in the ceiling and its beautiful
organs.
- Right after, you will be
guided
towards the Tertre
square
where painters, caricaturists and typical
restaurants mix with one of the most typical scenes of the ancient
Paris.
- You will also find out
about the
existence of vineyards
in
Paris. Each year, all residents of this
district, harvest around 2.000 vines of raisins to produce 1.800
bottles of wine.
- Another out of the ordinary
place
not very well known by Parisians is around the corner. It is called the
wall
of “je
t’aime” (I
love you) and this
phrase is written in more than 250 different languages. Tip: when next
to the wall, you can whisper to her ear these sweet words...
- On our way down (remember
we are at
the top of the hill) we will take Lepic
street so you can admire the Moulin
de la Galette,
one of the last visible grain mills of Paris. A
bit further on the same street, your private guide will help you
discover all of the traditional shops
of this street. Do not
hesitate
to make a stop and try the French gastronomy, particularly wine, fish,
meat, flowers and regional products of France. Your guide will be there
to explain you how to deal with unusual products in a very
“Parisian way”.
- The visit of Montmartre
finishes at
the mythical Moulin Rouge,
the
temple of the French Cancan and crazy
Parisian nights!
In the afternoon:
- We will head to the Louvre museum,
the biggest museum in the world with its 652,300 square feet and its
famous crystal pyramid due to The Da
Vinci Code book. History and
art
surround us in this place!
- Your private guide will
show you
the Historical Axis of Paris (Louvre
– Tuileries –
Concorde – Champs-Élysées –
Arc de Triomphe – Défense)
and will explain its
over a hundred-year-old history.
- After this, you will go
through the Tuileries’
gardens,
the most important and most ancient
French garden in Paris. Once there, you can take a rest on one of the
many chairs or at a café terrace.
- Then, the turn for the Place de la
Concorde, its famous
fountains and obelisk
brought directly from Luxor.
This is actually the oldest monument of Paris since it dates back to
XIII century BC!
- Next step, Champs-Elysées,
the most beautiful avenue in the world with
many famous luxury boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Sephora, Cartier,
Ladurée...
- Up at the end of the Champs-Elysées
avenue,
we can find the marvelous Arc du
Triomphe commissioned in 1806 by Napoleon 1st. It stands 162 ft in
height. Beneath there is the tomb of the Unknown Soldier with a flame
burning day and night.
- Last stop of this journey,
the Eiffel
Tower!

proposal?
This is the place where two lives will be united forever. Whether on
your knees or stood up, with a meaningful speech or just a
would-you-marry-me question, it will be you the one who decides how to
do it.
Your private guide will be the only witness of your proposal and he
will film it for this

For just 75 Euros, an artisan from the Parisian region will make them
for you.
You are requested to order them at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Your
private visit

: transportation fees, the entrance tickets, meals, drinks, snacks and

that your private guide will be by your side throughout the visit apart
from lunchtime and some other moments in order to let you both live
your romance in private!
