- Who
will be our guide?
Booking this guided visit with “Be My Love in
Paris”, you
are making the best choice. Your private guide from “Be My
Love
in Paris” is on the payroll and not just a volunteer. Very
smiling, experienced friendly and pedagogic, your private guide will
fluently speak English. You will plan your own proposal with him in
advance. Before and during the visit, do not hesitate to ask as many
questions as you wish.
His only goal will be helping you to come through with the most
unforgettable experience in your life while discovering the City of
Light.
- What
about
privacy? Will our guide be in the way?
Your guide will be the perfect a party to surprise your couple! He will
be there to not only guide you, show you round Paris and take the
greatest pictures ever but furthermore to film your one-of-a-kind
proposal in front if the Eiffel Tower.
You will leave this city starry-eyed!
Do not forget that your private guide will be by your side throughout
the visit apart from lunchtime and some other moments in order to let
you both live your romance in private!
- Is
there a dress code?
To our biggest regret, we cannot tell you it is always sunny in Paris.
Thus, given that most of the visit is effectuated by bus or foot, be
prepared and try to come with comfortable shoes and clothes for the
season.
- What
if it rains?
As you say, “The Show Must Go On”. There is no
panic! Paris
is always as romantic and beautiful under a rainy day as on a snowy
one. Your private guide will have an umbrella to sort out this kind of
situation and not to let your magnificent experience to be
spoiled.
- What
if I have a footsore?
Once again, your private guide has everything under control. He will
have a first aid kit to take care of any pain or scratch you may have.
It would be a pity to interrupt this fairytale for an ordinary blister
having band-aids, antibacterial gel for hands and antiseptic on the
hand.
- What
if I don’t
like walking too much?
Do not worry! Before arrival, your private guide will send you a short
detailed survey by email in order to know your habits. Do not hesitate
to tell him if you like walking or not and you will take the bus less
often in the second case.
- Why
will
we need to take the bus during the visit?
We this it is of extreme importance to preserve our planet. Be My Love
in Paris commitment goes beyond our campaign “1 Love = 1
Tree” by which one tree is planted for each visit made. We
also
want to make a daily green gesture for the earth by using the public
transportation. This way, you can continue observing and admiring the
magic of Paris and being in contact with true Parisians.
Besides, instead of renting a private car with driver compulsory, you
will save this money and the earth by just buying the ticket for the
bus.
- What
if I need to take a rest?
We have thought of everything! A short pause of about 30 minutes or
more according to your needs is scheduled every half day of visit.
Whether at the sunny terrace of a romantic café or snuggled
up
on a soft wall seat of a lounge bar you will be have the chance to
recharge batteries to continue with the journey!
- What
about lunchtime?
You will have all the time you wish to take a rest at the restaurant
you have chosen (not included). Paris is well known for its restaurants
and gastronomy and your private guide will propose you a wide variety
of restaurants according to your budget. We remind you, additionally,
that we do not have any partnership with none of the bars, restaurants,
bistrots and lounges your private guide might propose to you. You are
free to choose then where to go.
- What
if I am obliged to
cancel the visit?
Unfortunately, the vagaries of everyday life might force you to cancel
your visit. You are asked to advice by mail or fax as soon as you can
cancelling your visit.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation
from/of more than 25 days prior to arrival
=> 9% deducted due to bank charges.
- From 24 to 15 days
prior to arrival => 25% deducted.
- From 14 to 7 days
prior to arrival => 50% deducted.
- From 6 to 4 days
prior to arrival => 75% deducted.
- Less than 4 days
prior to arrival => 100% deducted.
In
order to consider your cancellation,
you must send us an email to info@be-my-love-in-paris.com
or a fax to 003955717260. Without a written cancellation from you, we
will not proceed to any refund.
Due to the originality and unique characteristics of the glasses of
Champaign engraved with your names and date of proposal proposed as an
option, we will not be able to refund them. Nonetheless, we can send
them to you by mail under/on your own expenses.
- Do
you book a hotel or a
special restaurant as well?
We really love Paris and we know many nice and cozy hotels for all
budgets. From a two-star hotel to a Parisian palace, we can book a
romantic room for you in one of the hotels we have a special
partnership. Starry ceiling, king-sized bed, Jacuzzi…nothing
is
too beautiful to celebrate your love…in Paris. Do not
hesitate
to request any information about it when booking your visit.
